📦 When will my order be delivered?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently ship only within Poland, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

🚚 Where do you ship?
At the moment, hoptemna.com ships exclusively within Poland. We do not offer international shipping yet, but this may change in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order?
As soon as your package leaves our facility, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. You can use it anytime to check real-time updates from the courier.

💳 Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer secure payment options commonly used in Poland, including:

⏳ What if my delivery is delayed?
While we aim for fast delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to weekends, public holidays, weather, or courier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@hoptemna.com with your order number and we’ll investigate promptly.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the return process.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@hoptemna.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.

🛏 Are comforter sets machine washable?
Most of our comforter sets are machine washable. We always recommend checking the care label included with your product for specific washing and drying instructions to maintain quality and softness.
